I was born in Long Beach, California and raised a few miles away in Seal Beach. I lived in Laguna Beach, Dana Point and later moved to Fallbrook, CA where we owned an avocado ranch before moving to Pagosa Springs. During that time we also speculated in the real estate market along with other ventures including growing avocados until California water became too expensive! Denise was born in South Carolina and within a few months, her family moved to Tustin, California then later to the beach city of San Clemente. Denise and I met in the Dana Point, California over thirty years ago and we have two children. Our son Ryan graduated from the College of Engineering at CSU in Fort Collins, Colorado and is a structural engineer working with Herzog Contracting Corporation constructing the light rail system in Denver. Our daughter Jacqueline graduated college at CSU in Fort Collins also, majoring in the College of Equine Science and back in college to become a registered nurse! Denise worked many years with the Pagosa Springs Family Medical Center and specialized in dealing with medical insurance companies. She can answer questions you have on the medical facilities, transferring medical insurance from one state to another and real estate! We like to travel to different parts of the world. Last year we traveled throughout Peru and hopefully in the spring of 2010, travel to the different regions of Italy. We usually travel a couple of weeks during the spring or fall months, before or after our real estate selling season. During the winter months we enjoy skiing and winter activities!

* Senior Real Estate Council (SRES Designation) I have knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
